We provide Outpatient Psychiatric Medication Management and supportive therapy for patients 12+. We specialize in Neurodivergent ADHD- improving your function is what helps mood if you have attention and function issues. We also treat Depression, Anxiety , PTSD, OCD and ancillary conditions. We prescribe antidepressants, stimulants, mood stabilizers, benzodiazepines (following FDA guidance), and other similar medications.
Meet Bryan
I'm interested in being part of my patients search for Mental Health and Happiness. North Carolina based and ready to explore what you're really looking for. This is a tough one in 2024 with most patients in survival mode. Are you depressed or depleted? My approach is collaborative, forward looking, and personalized. Some might say casual in a warm way. Your plan will include talk therapy, exercise, and nutrition. Medicines alone are not going to get you where you want to be.

We specializing in Neurodivergent ADHD- We got you covered high schoolers, college students and adults. Our niche seems to be working with adult females who are struggling with depression and anxiety related to functional difficulties- antidepressants haven't helped, we look to see its ADHD.
Using Insurance?
Arrive Mental Health is currently seeing North Carolina patients in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. We do not take United, Medicaid or Medicare at this time, we are hopeful to add in the future. We utilize Headway to process insurance. They are great with answering insurance questions and are experts with getting you the right copay for telehealth.
Not using insurance or filing yourself. Book direct through the Clinic Portal
The reality is that it is sometimes just easier or more efficient not to use insurance. It doesn't make financial sense to pay full rates to meet an unreachable deductable. It might be better to book direct below and get same day payment rates for your visit. You will register and then can directly book an appointment.
What We Don't Treat
Please see the right provider for your condition. This is an outpatient clinic and not appropriate for patients in an active crisis, those with an active substance use disorder, psychotic disorders, medical complexity, or intellectual related behavioral disabilities. Bryan can help with symptoms of those on the ASD Spectrum but if you want testing and wrap around services you should utilize the wonderful specialized services of the Chapel Hill TEACCH® Center.

Ryan Haight Act
Taking stimulants (schedule 2) or anti anxiety medications (schedule 3)? A requirement that the patient see the provider in person before prescribing these medications was suspended during covid. This will probably be reinstated in some form in 2025. Some pharmacists are even now refusing to fill controlled substances if they think the person got the prescription from an 'online provider'. Arrive Mental Health is local to NC and in person visits will be available in Pittsboro and Chapel Hill. Telehealth is great. but your provider should be somewhat local in case the law changes.
Gender Treatment
Bryan appreciates gender identity and expression. Please be who you are and expect respect, care and understanding. That said, if you are looking for help with gender issues, Bryan is a medication management provider and doesn't think gender is something you treat with psychiatric medications. Bryan can help if depression or anxiety is a 'side effect' but a great therapist is your starting point and anchor point for treatment in this area.
